These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you access luluhomeservices.com, submit a service request, or otherwise use services coordinated by Lulu Home Services, a DBA of Mustafa Fortune LLC (“Lulu,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website or requesting service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use the website or submit a service request. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to request services.
2. Lulu’s role and independent providers
Lulu provides a convenient starting point for homeowners seeking cleaning, handyman, maintenance, and other residential services. We review requests and may coordinate with qualified independent service providers based on the type of work, location, and availability.
Availability is not guaranteed. We may decline or be unable to coordinate a request, including when the work is outside available provider qualifications, geography, scheduling, safety requirements, or service scope.
3. Requests, estimates, and confirmation
Submitting a request does not create a confirmed appointment or guarantee service. A request becomes confirmed only after the service details, provider availability, timing, and applicable pricing have been communicated and accepted.
Information you provide should be complete and accurate. Estimates may change when the actual condition, scope, materials, access requirements, or other circumstances differ from the information initially provided. Any material change should be discussed before additional work proceeds.
4. Customer responsibilities
You agree to provide safe and lawful access to the property, disclose known hazards or special conditions, secure pets and valuables as appropriate, and obtain any permission required to authorize the requested work. You are responsible for identifying fragile items, restricted areas, alarm instructions, and other relevant property information before service begins.
Do not request work that requires a license, permit, or specialized qualification without accurately describing that requirement. A provider may stop or decline work that appears unsafe, unlawful, materially different from the agreed scope, or outside the provider’s qualifications.
5. Pricing and payment
Pricing, payment timing, accepted payment methods, material costs, and any applicable taxes or fees will be communicated as part of the service arrangement. Unless expressly stated otherwise, website descriptions are not binding price quotes.
You agree to pay authorized charges associated with confirmed and completed services. Questions about an invoice or charge should be raised promptly so they can be reviewed.
6. Changes, access, and cancellations
If you need to reschedule, change, or cancel a confirmed service, contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Any cancellation fee, minimum charge, or nonrefundable material cost must be communicated to you before it applies.
If a provider cannot safely access the property or begin the agreed work at the confirmed time, the visit may need to be rescheduled or treated as a cancellation, subject to any terms disclosed during confirmation.

Claims relating to work performed by an independent provider may also be governed by the service arrangement and applicable law. These Terms do not waive rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
